Payment is due at the time of service. For your convenience, we accept cash, checks, major credit cards, and PayPal.
Please reschedule or cancel at least 24 hours before the beginning of your appointment. Otherwise, we may impose a Cancellation Fee of 50% of the cost of the service. If you choose to reschedule, we will apply the Cancellation Fee (50% of the service cost) to your next visit.
We appreciate and support open, respectful communication and constructive criticism from our clients. If you are dissatisfied with your service, we kindly ask that you inform us before leaving so that we have the opportunity to correct the situation. Refunds will not be given on any service rendered or product purchased.
